TED Talks does it again. Absolutely Brilliant: Mar 6, 2010 | Food, Political Blah-Blah | 3 comments Previous Post Next Post 3 Comments Janis on March 6, 2010 at 8:59 pm OK – I just went out to eat. It was probably overprocessed and of no nutritional vaule, but it was delicious. Especially with the wine! I am becoming more aware but that means I have to shop more a cook more. Trying to live more simply and nutriously is a lot of work. Maybe I don’t want to live to be 100! Reply Saratica on March 6, 2010 at 9:30 pm Over the last two years, our eating habits are completely different. We eat nothing out of a box, very little out of a can – sometimes beans, but even that is almost never anymore. The most processed foods we eat are sliced ham and ragu for pizza (on home made bread). Once you become aware, it’s like a nagging little voice in your head. Then you start reading labels. Then you start looking up what you are eating… If we are what we eat, we are in a world of shit.
