President Óscar Arias Sánchez is back in public after a week-long confinement at his Rohrmoser home because he had the swine flu.
Arias reported that he had a light case.
He was well enough Tuesday to host a performance by the Cooperativa del Colegio de Aguas Zarcas chorus at his home. Then he inaugurated the Centro Nacional de Innovaciones Biotecnológicas of the Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología.
