How absolutely and simply beautiful!
Very touching. Reminds me of a trip to Europe when I was 19 (still remember 19?). I was in a piazza in Florence where there was an old man playing the accordion at a fountain. I communicated with him using my high school Spanish and he allowed me to play the accordion. I stayed there for awhile and played and made him more money than he was making for himself. He offered me some when I was done, and I refused. I then thanked him for the opportunity and went on my way continuing my touring.
The accordion, eh? There’s your fallback career!
