The thing that struck Jal and me about Jaco [HA-co] is all the development going on. Jaded REALTOR®s both, our perspective is skewed to notice signs of overdevelopment. Jaco is quite a small town, yet there are many, many new communities being built. We hate to see Jaco become Miami Beach. Fortunately, as you can see from our photos, it’s got a looooooong way to go. Still, seeing all the signs, you start to ask yourself: "Who will buy?"
