Death To A Nation Feb 2, 2007 | Bush, Death & Taxes, Political Blah-Blah, War | 2 comments This article was written by the daughter of a local family we’ve met here in Costa Rica. Ayn is 14 and is unschooled. I must admit to harboring suspicions of unschooling’s effectiveness in somehow producing schooled children. Those are smashed. Well informed, funny, engaging and talented. I’m a believer. Reply Saratica on February 8, 2007 at 7:38 am I’m becoming a believer… it’s hard to follow the path! I think homeschooling is so far outside the box, you hear about it more and more these days but in reality, you are one family in thousands who do it. To go from homeschooling to unschooling, though, is not that big a leap… The nice thing is we can mix ‘n match. So far, the boys are turning out great. See you!!!
